I’M EMILY, STYLISH MAMA OF 2 AND the creator OF STYLED WITH STONES.
Between these vintage clothes and the clothes that I dragged out of my siblings’ closet to do “fashion shows,” I was the kid who put together the most unlikely outfits that somehow just worked.
Years later, I’d see my designs going down the runway after pursuing a degree in fashion design and merchandising. That was an incredible time in my life, but it was hard and stressful work that wasn’t conducive to the family life I wanted. Now I know that it prepared me for the ultimate hard-but-rewarding work; being a mom.
I’m obsessed with jewelry, especially crystals and gemstones. After spending years being drawn to them, I began to draw inspiration from them to start my own jewelry line.
