Our sweet friend Erin reached out to us after noticing all my maternity pictures were just me. RC was always behind the camera. He doesn’t love photoshoots but how could you not at least take a few pics with the bump?! Erin and I went back and forth with ideas and ultimately decided to shoot downtown. I already had nice beach pictures, and garden pictures so I wanted to do some wearing outfits we normally would on a daily basis. A little late, but here is our family maternity shoot with Erin Miller Photography.

Our first look was our everyday style-jeans of course. I also chose a non-maternity lace top from Vince Camuto because I loved the way it showed the bump but also covered my arms.

Obviously, if I could, I would wear this second look every day! I fell in love with this Asos maternity dress a few months back but didn’t want to spend the money on it. I thought about getting it for my baby shower but decided to be good.

When the idea of this maternity shoot came up, I didn’t want to wear the same tight fitting solid colored dress style as the rest of mine. I came back to this dress and just couldn’t say no at this point. It fit great-I got a size 4. After Luca comes out, I totally plan to try it on again because I am sure I can wear it without the bump and it will look just as cute!
