This last weekend was my baby shower! I decided on a blue agate theme baby shower, and was so thrilled with how it turned out. My sister and my moms (and SO many others) worked so hard to make it the most wonderful day. Oh, and we just so happened to announce his name at the shower! 😉

As you know by my gender reveal party, my sister is always down for ALL of my party ideas. I obviously knew the theme I wanted, and a few other details. Past that, I tried to let her be creative and have fun with it.

Of course, the day went by so fast and I didn’t take as many photos or videos as I would have preferred. Thankfully, I got a few pics and so did a couple of my friends.

Here are a few of my favorite details:

^^Everyone left the shower with a special crystal point necklace with the stone of their choice, and some hand sanitizer.

^^I LOVE balloons. I wanted balloons to be the main focus of the decor. Seeing his name in giant balloons made me so happy!

^^Yum, the dessert table! My sister made sugar free cupcakes with little handmade agate slices on top!! She made the agate slices from melted hard candy… how cute is that!?

The cookies came from Cookie Cousins, which is my absolute favorite cookie ever!! Seriously, they make the cutest cookies. I love the custom Luca cookies so much.

^^Loved this idea. Everyone wrote little notes to Luca for him to read when he is 18. I’m not sure how much he will care at that age, (LOL) but I will definitely have fun rereading them in 18 years.

^^Everyone also created personalized bibs for our babe!

^^I decided to try and make a balloon photo backdrop for the outside patio area. I had some cute blue agate looking balloons to add to it and fill in the holes, but ended up not doing it. It was too hot out and to be honest, I got a little lazy and decided to go inside and enjoy the air conditioning instead! LOL
